So, Poverty rate is 17.5%, which is higher than I expected. Crime rate is something to consider -Lake Worth Beach sits at 200.3 per 100K. It's a a smaller city city with about 42,650 people. You can expect to pay around $1,439 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any advice would be great. Cheers. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.

Hot take but it was the best decision I ever made. I know a lot of people disagree but after 7 years here, that's my honest assessment.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much competitive but now it's average.

We moved here with our family and it was the best decision I ever made. Schools in West area are solid. Kids love it here.
