Working remotely from Lake Worth Beach

Alright, We have two kids and Average temperature is around 76--F, so it's warm year-round. Poverty rate is 17.5%, which is higher than I expected. With a population of 42,650, Lake Worth Beach is a smaller city. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks in advance! Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Boston about 5 years ago. The main reasons were cost of living and cost of living.

Pros I've experienced:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good airport with direct flights
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Winters are long and cold
- Homeless population growing downtown

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are stable, gas is tough.

Socially, there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Feel free to reach out with questions..
