Alright, I'm a remote worker and It's a a mid-size city city with about 117K people. The median home value here is around $229,100, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,299/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What would you do? Any help is appreciated. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
