Alright, We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $1,558 for rent here. Homes are going for about $530,900 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 12 years ago from Charlotte and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Fairview. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in construction. If you're in legal you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 11 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: pretty good. Tons of options if you like BBQ.

Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
