Relocating to Lakeland South, WA -pros and cons?

Hey everyone, My family moved here when I was a kid. The median home value here is around $530,900, which is pretty steep. Crime rate is something to consider -Lakeland South sits at 32.1 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What are your go-to spots? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The pet-friendliness is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..
