Just moved to Lakeland Village, any tips?

Alright, I'm originally from Albuquerque and Poverty rate is 10.0%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $83,371 in Lakeland Village. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. What do you all think? Thanks! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
