Relocating to Lakes of the Four Seasons, IN -pros and cons?

Random thought, I'm a college student here and The median home value here is around $300,500, which seems about average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Let me know your thoughts.

Bought a house here in 2020 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
