Random thought, I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,001 for rent here. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Is this normal for Lakeshire? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
