OK so Just moved here 9 months ago and Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Bought a house here in 2020 and it's improved dramatically in recent years. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Public transit is decent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.
