Lakeview is underrated, change my mind
Hey everyone, Been living here since 2020. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $492,100, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $1,528/month for a decent place. With a population of 2,177, Lakeview is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

- Lots of new development
- Plenty of shopping options
- Good airport connections
Cons:
