Starting a business in Lakeville?

We're a young couple and The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Would love some local perspective. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I've lived in Sunset for about 6 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from LA, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Lots of new development happening
- Active local events and festivals
- The cost of living scene is improving

The downsides:
- Limited public transit options
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for remote workers. Hope this helps!.
