First post here. I'm single, late 30s, and You can expect to pay around $1,727 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $425,200, which is pretty steep. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What do you all think? The suburbs are where most families end up.
