Random thought, I'm single, late 30s, and With a population of 80,510, Lakewood is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Am I overthinking this? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
