Moving from Baltimore to Lakewood next month

Hey, Been living here since 2010. Poverty rate is 25.3%, which is higher than I expected. It's a a smaller city city with about 69,884 people. You can expect to pay around $1,647 for rent here. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Anyone in a similar situation? Cheers. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
