Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and Poverty rate is 25.3%, which is higher than I expected. Median household income is $57,576, which feels about average for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
