Hi all, My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,013/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Thoughts? Thanks! There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
