Considering Lakewood Park vs Phoenix -help me decide

I'm originally from Seattle and Crime rate is something to consider -Lakewood Park sits at 440.9 per 100K. Median household income is $64,848, which feels about average for the area. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Used to live on the North side, now on the Old Town side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it's been a really good experience overall. Compared to Phoenix it's better than expected.
