Hi all, It's a a smaller city city with about 39,434 people. With a population of 39,434, Lakewood Ranch is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cheers. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
