Dog-friendly places in Lakewood?

I'm single, late 20s, and Rent is about $1,460/month for a decent place. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? TIA! The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's not perfect but it works for me. Internet is hit or miss in most areas.
