Best hidden gems in Lancaster

Been meaning to ask this. My partner and I are Rent is about $1,696/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $76,083 in Lancaster. Poverty rate is 12.3%, which is around average. You can expect to pay around $1,696 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Pros:
- Good job market
- Close to nature
- Diverse community

Cons:
- Limited public transit
- Rising rent prices
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Homelessness issues downtown
What are your go-to spots? Thanks! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
