Is Lancaster walkable?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2005. Crime rate is something to consider -Lancaster sits at 429.4 per 100K. Homes are going for about $186,300 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

As someone who grew up here, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much growing but now it's tough.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is excellent in most areas.
