Couple moving to Lancaster from out of state

First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 57,683, Lancaster is a smaller city. You can expect to pay around $1,177 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Used to live on the Midtown side, now on the Springfield side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Charlotte it's surprisingly good.
