Is Lancaster worth moving to in 2026?

First post here. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Appreciate any input.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
