Best industries in Lancaster right now

Anyone else feel this way? I'm retired and It's a a smaller city city with about 40,753 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

Weather-wise, the summers are improving and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

Bought a house here in 2021 and it's exactly what I was looking for. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
