Is it worth buying in Lancaster?

First post here. Poverty rate is 10.2%, which is around average. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. With a population of 40,753, Lancaster is a smaller city. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Is this normal for Lancaster? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Hot take but it was the best decision I ever made. I know a lot of people disagree but after 12 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if dating scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
