Random thought, I'm originally from Albuquerque and The median home value here is around $229,900, which is actually reasonable. Median household income is $67,584, which feels about average for the area. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What do you all think? Any help is appreciated. The weather takes some getting used to.
