Co-working spaces in Land O' Lakes?

Hi all, It's a a smaller city city with about 41,845 people. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Should I be concerned?

The food scene here is underrated. Tons of great Thai places. it was the best decision I ever made.
