Hey folks, I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,923 for rent here. Poverty rate is 5.0%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Worth the trade-offs? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
