I've been here for 11 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Landen sits at 35.0 per 100K. Homes are going for about $284,400 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
