Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 50s, and It's a a small town city with about 24,558 people. With a population of 24,558, Landover is a small town. You can expect to pay around $1,659 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Landover sits at 393.3 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
