Hey, We're a young couple and The unemployment rate is 7.3%, which is concerning. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any advice would be great. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Random thought, I relocated for work and The unemployment rate is 7.3%, which is concerning. Rent is about $785/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
