First post here. We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 22,057 people. Homes are going for about $348,700 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Appreciate any input. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
