Freelancing from Langley -experience?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2018. Median household income is $50,750, which feels on the lower side for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What are your go-to spots? Any help is appreciated. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Tons of great Italian places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
