Commute times in Lansdowne -how bad?

I'm a remote worker and It's a a small town city with about 12,603 people. With a population of 12,603, Lansdowne is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What would you do? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I'm a teacher and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is challenging and there's always something going on.

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the Springfield side. Completely different vibe. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
