So, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $753,600 on average. Poverty rate is 4.1%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 12,603 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? The city has invested a lot in new development.
