You can expect to pay around $2,229 for rent here. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What are your go-to spots? Thanks in advance! Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem hit or miss.

I've been here 6 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is housing market. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is underrated.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Pine Hills side vs the South side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..

Used to live on the West side, now on the East side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.
