Starting a business in Lantana?

Longtime lurker here, Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $374,800, which seems about average. Homes are going for about $374,800 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I've lived in Greenfield for about 7 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. When I first moved here from Dallas, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:

- Good healthcare facilities

- Good airport with direct flights

- The healthcare scene is better than expected

The downsides:

- Urban sprawl is real

- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for families. Definitely worth checking out..
