Best coffee shops in Lantana?

Hey, Median household income is $200,147, which feels pretty solid for the area. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Austin and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Pine Hills. It's underrated for what you get.

Jobs: The market is stable right now, especially in tech. If you're in government you might struggle.

People: Generally excellent. It took about 10 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: challenging. Tons of options if you like Asian.

No regrets on my end..

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a software engineer who relocated here from San Francisco about 1 years ago. The main reasons were weather and a job opportunity.

Pros I've experienced:
- Lots of new development happening
- Good internet infrastructure
- Four distinct seasons

Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Property taxes are high

Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are established, gas is surprisingly good.

Socially, it exceeded my expectations. Hope this helps!.
