Hey, I'm a teacher here and Average temperature is around 65--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $200,147, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a small town city with about 12,583 people. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks for reading. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
