OK so Poverty rate is 8.7%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $188,900, which is actually reasonable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are pricey. You get used to it after the first year.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The food scene is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

I've lived in North for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good internet infrastructure
- The housing market scene is pretty good
The downsides:
- Road conditions need improvement
- Bugs and humidity in summer
Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for couples. Good luck with whatever you decide..
