Biggest downsides of living in Laplace?
Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 13 months ago and The median home value here is around $188,900, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 8.7%, which is pretty low. With a population of 28,480, Laplace is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,480 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What do you all think? Thanks for reading. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
