Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 17 years and The unemployment rate is 4.8%, which is about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Laplace sits at 518.9 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
