Hey everyone, Just moved here 4 months ago and You can expect to pay around $1,097 for rent here. Homes are going for about $188,900 on average. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say I'm still on the fence after all this time. The cost of living is excellent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Definitely worth checking out..
