Quick question about Laramie

Anyone else feel this way? I'm a 27-year-old restaurant manager and Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $52,414, which feels on the lower side for the area. The median home value here is around $302,200, which seems about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
