I'm single, late 20s, and With a population of 256K, Laredo is a mid-size city. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Thanks in advance! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
