Is Largo worth it salary-wise?

Alright, Rent is about $1,482/month for a decent place. With a population of 82,506, Largo is a smaller city. Household incomes average around $60,465 in Largo. Homes are going for about $208,500 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

Hot take but it was the best decision I ever made. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Bought a house here in 2020 and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
