OK so I work in logistics and It's a a small town city with about 11,753 people. You can expect to pay around $2,138 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. What would you do? The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
