Random thought, We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 4.9%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 11,753 people. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
