Hello, I'm single, late 50s, and Poverty rate is 17.1%, which is higher than I expected. Crime rate is something to consider -Las Cruces sits at 496.5 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Should I be concerned? It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
