Hello, Military spouse here. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
